What are the new rules about crossing the Canadian border?
The Department of Homeland Security is requiring U.S. citizens to have additional identification in order to return to the U.S. from Canada. The most acceptable document is a U.S. Passport. But during the next several months, you will be able to use a photo driver's license AND a birth certificate. You must have both! Remember that if you're taking children across the border, they too will need identification (including babies). If you're taking someone else's children across the border, you will need their identification AND written permission from the parents.
Your energy savings tip for the week - accelerate slowly at traffic lights and don't speed. Keep your rpm's at or under 2000. You'll improve your gas mileage and save money.
